There are two cabins to choose from at this time. Both are approx. 912 sq. ft. in size. Kitchen/dining/living/bath on main floor, 2 rooms upstairs serving as bedroom and or office, studio, nursery. 300 gallon water holding tank (haul your own or Waterman delivers for $65.00), 1000 gallon septic tank that has to be pumped out when full (how often? depends on your water usage- avg. cost is $350.00), toyo stove for heat and average in winter usage is about 2 gallons a day, and of course, you pay for electric. Terms are month to month rental, no smoking, pets are allowed, up to two and there is an additional $25.00 a month fee for each pet. Rents will increase to $875 May 1st. |
